TB 31.1.2 automatically checks for new mail after entering TB password. It then reports, for example, that it is downloading "3 new unread messages" (or whatever number of messages). When complete, the messages are nowhere to be found either in the TB file system or on the 10-6-8 Mac computer. The email provider reports that the problem has nothing to do with their mail system. Of course, there is no way to identify the sender(s) unless a sender reports that they sent an email. Most emails are downloaded by TB as normal, but since May of 2014 more than 60 mails have "disappeared". Thanks for your help.

Do you have email scanning from an anti virus?

ATTN: MATT No, I do not have email scanning from an (aftermarket) anti-virus program. The only protections as such are what may already be built in to TB, or the OSX 10.6.8 system itself. THANKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE! TB-USER-SINCE-2008 >>> info@memoriesbigband.com
