No audio or video playback
I've had no problem for years all of a sudden I can't get any audio from sirius or pandora etc or video playback. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, plus have tried reset and no good. I haven't change any settings either.

Can you show us this issue(s)? Pandora works for me. see screenshot What video are you trying to play?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
