no "options" on hamburger menu

I have used TB for years and installed on a friends laptop. On the top right three little lines (hamburger menu) on the new install (ver 78+) there is no OPTIONS listed. How Do I get that to show in that listing? It shows in mine but I might have put it there and in some searches for help it says to go to the menu and select options.

It used to be 'Preferences' instead of 'Options' for MacOS and Linux. As of TB91.0 it's 'Preferences' for Windows as well.

Very confusing as yes my friend did download hers a couple days ago and I have had mine for years..one would think the automatic updating on existing TB would have updated to this Ver 91 if available and be so far behind. I will wait for mine as I do not want to start over
