I have an issue with Thunderbird not showing images in my messages. In reviewing the forums it seems the likely solution is to find the options button and get to the config editor. I can't seem to do that. In the hamburger menu I can't find options. It is not there in the main menu either. I tried resetting the menu bar by Alt and F10, that does not work. I have 115.2.2 In the general tab I have allow remote content in messages checked. I have reinstalled thunderbird. What am I missing>

That is usually resolved by checking View>Message Body as>Original HTML or by settings>Privacy&Security and check the box to allow remote images. As an aside, the config editor is accessed at settings>general and scroll to bottom of pane, but you would first need to know which setting to change.
