Firefox immediately crashes on opening, will start in safe mode, problem just began a few days ago

First crashed under Firefox 9, then installed 14, still crashes. Will not allow me to update add ons. Uninstalled Firefox, downloaded 14 and reinstall, still crashes. Attaching last crash report. Problem started one day ago. If I shut down my computer and restart and then run Firefox first it will run, but once it is closed or another program run, it crashes.
