I am not able to download any document or file from web when i click the link. It just opens a blank page. Even the add on of advanced download manager which is integrated with firefox mobile is not doing the downloads. However when i paste the download link in other browsers like the native android browser ie chrome or dolphin or opera, the link is downloaded immediately.

Hello oddie!

Have you tried reinstalling the Firefox application? If not, you can do so by going into the Google Play Store, searching "Firefox" in the search bar, and by pressing uninstall next to the open button. Then wait a few seconds, and install again.
