OK, when using other mobile browsers such as Chrome, when I long press on the playing video, it'll download as mp4 and be perfectly viewable via a video player, but when I do through Firefox, it downloads as an htm file. Still same size, but doesn't play the video. any suggestions or can i just simply change the file name to end in .mp4?

Yes. Try genvideos.org the movie doesn't matter as they all did the same thing. Chrome download in mp4 and Firefox as htm.

I do see the same as you do, but I haven't tried to download the entire file. From the size of the file it's unlikely this is a html file. So I'd suggest you try to rename the downloaded file to .mp4. I don't know why Firefox would save it with a .htm file extension.
