Other than versions you have in your purchase history, you cannot just download and install older versions of applications on iOS/iPadOS like you may be able to with apk's on Android.

I have a old iPad Mini 2nd gen that my Mom did not want anymore and it has iOS 12.5.7 and I remember back in May 2022 the then Firefox version required iOS 13.0 at minimum to install from App store.
