I have changed my email address. My old one is CLOSED. I am unable to make any changes to my current Mozilla account because I am sent a code to my CLOSED email. I have run in to this with other accounts before. It doesn't make sense!

You should have added and verified a secondary email address while you still had access top the primary email address, now your only option is to use a new email address.
