Not able to see Tools under menu on my Andriod phone

I am using blog to setup my streaming device (Roku) and following below blog

As per blog I need to Go to the main menu in Firefox for Android Beta, select ‘tools’ then ‘mirror tab’

But I am not able to see 'tools' :(

Please appreciate that the article that you refer to is from six years ago. We have not support Roku connectivity for some time.
