After download an new add-on, and restart Firefox , the extension is not useable. Firefox wants to restart,to finish the installprocess, but it don´t change any settigs?

See the following link, I recommend starting with the section on corrupt extension files, if one of the files listed there is corrupt it can cause this sort of problem - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons
