Click on Bookmarks. List appears, then disappears, leaving right and bottom outline. so no selection possible.

Alt+B sometimes works, so it is possible to down-arrow to an item, right-arrow to show a sub-list flyout, but can only down-arrow a few items before flyout and dropdown disappear.

Yep, me too. It appears to be a (serious for me) bug when you are dragging and dropping. Equally, if you decide to drop the URL onto the main Bookmark menu, it will NOT drop where you want it to and simply goes where it feels it wants to. If you then repeat the process with another (or even the same) URL, it too drops into a random place and not where the indicator seems to be. This is easily replicated and I am astounded at what is clearly a lack of testing on this.

For the sake of clarity, I want to emphasise that the problem that I describe isn't confined to the Bookmarks menu, but affects all menu items.
