I can't get into my account and I'm not sure how to get to the page with my question that guigs responded to. Getting utility error and when I open the console, it indicates Firefox is the problem.

"Utility error pops up every few minutes on my desktop. I asked an Apple tech person about this. He told me to contact Firefox, because it looks like the problem stems from this application. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firebox, but the problem persists. Please advise."

Hi khirsch, So I took a look at the account, and it is not suspended here in the forums. However it is different, what I might recommend is using this link to reset your password https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/use.../pwreset

Please let me know if it is not in a spam filter.
