I have two custom toolbars. I hide the custom toolbars until I need to access the icons on the toolbars. Every time I start the browser and every time another browser window is started (whether a pop-up window or not) the custom toolbars are displayed. I want these toolbars to remain hidden across browser sessions and when a new browser window is opened.
