I'm sorry you are having this problem with Firefox, I did a bit of research and I think you have been infected with malicious software, unfortunately. Please follow the instructions for installing the malware checkers at the end of the following support article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

Did you make changes to network.http.* prefs?


"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
