I am using the radio buttons on the aforesaid website the default value for the radio buttons is sale and residential, but when I select the rent button, commercial button and reload(F5) the page, these button remains selected instead of getting select to default values i.e sale and residential. All other browsers setting the radio button to default values.

You probably need to reload with a cache bypass (Ctrl+F5 or Shift + Reload) to reset the state of radio buttons.

thanks, it works but i want a better solution because a normal user does not know cache and all that. He only knows F5 and it is very obvious if he want to reload/refresh the page he will either press f5 or reload using mouse.

so I want to solve this problem with the perspective of the end user. If you have idea to solve this please help me out.
