my storage size shows 89% so how can i get a bigger storage or can i get som folders out and save on my pc ? i am not a computer specialist so please give me an advice in simple steps

Ok, you have used 89% of the space allocated to you7 by your mail provider, whomever that is. You do not mention who your account is with.
If you want more space with them I am sure they will sell it to you for a recurring fee.

Yahoo I will not bother with as they apparently offer a terabyte of storage. So I do not think that will be your mail ever
