How do I move from the beta version to the normal release without losing my data (since add-ons don't always work in beta)?

I have not found any options that allow me to convert from using the beta update channel. Add-ons sometimes stop working with beta releases. But I don't want to lose my data. So how do I stop using the beta channel and switch to using the normal release and keep my data? Thank you.

Thank you for the reply.

My hope was for the disabled add-ons that were not compatible with the beta version would work under the release version. Unfortunately the add-ons remain disabled with the install of the current release.

Thanks for the help.
