lost icon from browser after Firefox updated to 54.0.1. I run wondows 7. Trusteer say they support this version but I can't see this in their list of supported browsers (they do for Mac, but 53 seems to be latest for windows). Have given up with support - they won't offer anything apart from download updates which I have done 3 times! I know they lag behind Firefox but for how long?????

Hi, it seems not! Unfortunately Trusteer is often slow to accommodate the latest version of Firefox, which is a pity, because using an old version can in itself compromise your security.

Details of new Firefox versions are available well in advance - https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar

Unless your bank insists, you don't of course have to use it, but that's a matter of personal choice.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Thank you Scribe. I keep asking Trusteer when they will support this version of Firefox but they will not answer- just keep ignoring question and say my Rapport version is not the latest one! Quite annoying. It seems to work quite well with IE but I prefer Firefox.
