How do I get "Ad blocker" and "lukol" please?

more options

I wish to block ads and do not want to be tracked. I therefore want "ad blocker" and " lukol" for android. Will I have to download these, activate them or what? Are they apps? I don't know. Someone I can't reach right now recommended these for firefox as I don't want to be tracked, don't want some advertiser/promoter gathering information on subjects I have browsed and bombarding me with their ideas on what I might want to buy etc.
