Hi josiebops,

Try going to Tools > Add-ons or hitting CTRL + SHIFT + A. This will bring up the Add-on manager. Go to the Extensions tab and see if Evernote has actually been installed. You might want to see if it's been disabled and check the preferences, if it has any.

You might want to look at the Knowledge Base article Find and install add-ons to add features to Firefox as well. There is a lot of good information in there.
