Why don't my favorites show in bookmarks as imported from explorer

I went to file, chose import and imported my favorites from IE.....it said my import was complete. I opened bookmarks and I am supposed to see imports from IE...there is no such tab....why? And how do I import my favorites so they show in bookmarks?
