I am using Firefox version 62.0.3. With some sites, I can select my username and the password is entered as expected. Some sites enter my username but I have to enter the password. On some sites I have to enter all of the information. I have no exceptions and have checked repeatedly that the logins are saved.

There are some web pages that do not allow browsers to record or fill in the log-in information.

You can also try a Form Filling add-on. When the Password Manager can't fill in the data for whatever reason, I found that the form-filler add-on I use is not affected.

I am able to recall the login information using other browsers. Some pages will save one login but not another.

Did you check the context menu of the username and password fields in a login form for a "Fill login/Password" entry?
