I consistantly get the error: The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server smtpout.secureserver.net timed out.

This has gotten worse and worse over the last month. This is on multiple pc's and multiple business locations. Using multiple service providers all with the same errors. I need help asap as I use Thunderbird for all of my businesses with over 12 email accounts. These email accounts are with GoDaddy. I have used Thunderbird for many years but can't continue with these errors.

Please help!

Go Daddy experienced a service interruption today. All email services should have been back to normal by 5PM MST.

I get it occasionally, I think because I try to "send" too quickly while the computer is busy with other things, but if I want a few seconds and try again, it works fine.

This is happening on almost every email. Resending does not resolve it and rebooting does not resolve it.

Maybe you should call Go Daddy then, there might be an issue with them or your own ISP. I use those same servers (secureserver.net) on other accounts that I have and have not been experiencing any issue using Thunderbird.
