I don't think anyone on the forum can give you an authoritative answer to that question.

When you have the padlock icon to the left of the address, your communication with the server is encrypted and therefore would be extremely difficult for anyone to unscramble.

After that, Mozilla's donation page is working with a separate company, Paypal, to actually process your card, which should use a secure communication channel because card processors are held to high industry standards for security, but there's no way to verify that from the user's side and you know from the news that some card processors are not as careful as they should be.

Every online use of a credit card is a tiny gamble...
