Print preview only show 2 pages while it sould be 3 pages, the <table> tag causes this error

We encounter such error using FF 20 and FF 21. But it works on IE9 and FF18.

Please open this link: http://tennislink.usta.com/Tournaments/TournamentHome/Tournament.aspx?T=137079

Then please try click the File->Print Preview, you will see many text are chopped off. It should print 3 pages, but one page is missing. Please notice that no matter how you resize the "Scale", the next page will always start as "Notes" text.

For now we suspect it is caused by the tag, it seems all text in this
tag are treated as one block which could not be cut apart. Is it a bug after FF upgrad to 20 version? We are hoping a solution for this. Thanks!

The tag means "table" tag.
