Before this new update, every time I close multiple tabs Firefox will ask me to save and quit. After this update I checked my settings in Options: Show my windows and tabs from last time is set, I also have keep cookies/history, and even went as far as going in to "config:about" and toggled quit warning back on with this update 20.0.1, and when I press "X" it just warns of closing multiple windows and not even save/quit. I'm very disappointed with Firefox at this moment as I've lost many important tabs that I need.

In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":

  • do not clear Browsing History

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.
