I have down loaded firefox on to my new Dell Inspiron 560 and after it loaded and place its icon on my desktop I clicked on it and the home page came up. When I try to navigate to any site I get this message: ( Unable to connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.google.com. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.) I have gone into my web setting and Firefox is checked as allowed.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
