How to transfer bookmarks and all other stuff, including passwords, to a new PC from old one
I did it before but now I found only option to import from Opera or IE but not from Firefox operating at other PC (my old one)

All your personal stuff is stored in your Firefox Profile. Here are the instructions for backing up your profile, as well as how to transfer it to another computer:

You'll want to back up your profile on the old PC, then follow the instructions under "Restoring to a different location" on the new PC.
