My font size on web pages has suddenly changed so small I can barely read it. I have tried many different settings to change it but have not been successful. How did it change suddenly and how can I change it? thanks.

I am running WindowsXP on a laptop. Suddenly my font size changed everywhere. I was able to change it back in my email but on web pages, the content is still small. I also was able to change my toolbar & bookmarks to a larger font. What controls the web page size? Thanks.
