Hi Shaun, are you still having this problem? If so, please let us know what kinds of settings are changing -- for example, home page, search engine, site permissions, etc. Also, does this occur only when you restart your computer, or every time you fully exit and then restart Firefox?

I have solved the problem, by uninstalling a VPN that had caused all those problems.

Firefox is working, with no absolutely no problems now.

I want sincerely thank you to all of you who replied to me.

I noticed before Cookies and Site Data, Manage Exceptions, the two websites I saved as Exceptions could not be seen at the same time.

But after the latest update, there is no problem with Manage Exceptions.
