An extension I developed for Firefox and Firefox for Android only gives an option to download in Android

When I try to install it from the Mozilla add-ons site the button to "Add to Firefox" is inactive and there is a link to download the file (which Firefox cannot open). The add-on is supposed to be compatible with Firefox for Android version 48 and up. I am using version 114. Previous versions of the add-on could be installed. web-ext lint doesn't show any incompatibilities.
