If your accounts.firefox.org doesn't have a recovery email listed there is no way to reset the password. There is at this point nothing like "Chat with CSR" in person.

If you still have the old system or its hard drive, you can recover the data.

Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail will remove all data from the servers. The username and password are used to create the encryption.

Note: Only the data on the servers is cleared. The profile data is not changed or removed.

Hi Fred, Many thanks for your kind and detailed reply. If I understand correctly, I can reset my PW and won't lose all the stored logins, bookmarks, etc that are on this PC that's currently logged in to my Firefox account? It will still look the same after I go down the "lost my PW" road and reset? Thanks, Tyler
