Hi, I'm new to Thunderbird - using it on a Mac (am moving away from Mac Mail due to some bugs on a new Mac). I found TBSync to be helpful is getting my contacts to sync, but it doesn't work for groups. Has anyone out there had any luck in using Thunderbird with iCloud contacts - specifically with groups previously set up in iCloud?

You could try adding iCloud contacts to CardBook. It works with Google groups, so it might work the same with iCloud.

sfhowes - Thanks for the reply. Does CardBook sync with Mac contacts? I also email a lot from my iPhone and iPad so need all the contacts to be synced.

CardBook claims to sync with iCloud contacts, so if iCloud is how you manage them on the iPhone or iPad, it should sync all the devices with TB. I don't know if it also syncs groups.
