HELP FIREFOX IS CRASHING NONE STOP

Fire fox crashes right when I open it. itll open and show it at the hopme page and then immediately crash, I cant access settings for it because of the crash. this is so annoying.. I tried to restart, I tried to force close then go on. I dont get an error code just it saying it crashed...

I tried to download an older version but it always says "failed to download" when It installs completely... I dont want to uninstall it because theres tabs on there I REALLY NEED. If they disappear itll be so upsetting....

I recently updated it to the most recent version and bam. still an issue...how can I fix this? I would be fine if i could just get all my tabs and then reinstall it...but I cant access the profile or anything since its on an android. my phone is amazing the s20 + and it never has any issues EVER. My android is the most recent version since I always update when one is released... Its been like this for 6 days now
