Hi. Since yesterday I can't log in nor read emails from my browser. When I follow the usual link for emails https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/inbox it simply doesn't allow me to open any page. I can see my emails just from the app on the mobile phone. No way to use the browser.

Any suggestion?

Hi, try deleting ALL references to Outlook. To do that, open the 3-bar menu > Library > History, then click the Show All History link at the bottom of the list to open the History-library window. Search for Outlook in the Search History field in the top-right corner, then right-click on it and select Forget About This Site. (NOTE: Browsing and download history, cookies, cache, active logins, passwords, saved form data, exceptions for cookies, images and pop-ups for that site will be removed). Give it a few minutes to complete the deletion, then try outlook.live.com (not from an old bookmark) again. More - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox.

If that doesn't help, try turning off 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' for that site by clicking the shield icon at the left-hand end of the address bar while the page is loaded - Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop.

If that doesn't help, disable any ad blocker you may be using then reload the site.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
