Hi,

When using the chrome browser, I can play, pause, skip etc directly from the Beats headphone themselves.

However, in Firefox the only thing that I can control with the headphones is the volume. The connection is always there, but I don't know why Firefox does not have the control options available that chrome does. Is there any fix or this?

I should add that I'm using Windows 10.

Thanks

Quick investigation of "Beats headphones" leads me to believe that there might be an APP involved. That APP may need specific compatibility for the web browser being used, and that is the responsibility of the APP developer.

You could check for the availability of an update for your headphones APP here: http://your.beatsbydre.com/#/download?locale=en-US
