You are not able to link to any of the about: pages in a link element using HTML.

It works when you save the various about: addresses as a bookmark. Click-hold & Drag the URL from the Location Bar to the Bookmarks Toolbar or just create a new bookmark with it in the Location field.

Won't work from outside of Firefox though.
