Receiving the error message "The instruction at 0x0000007625E16 internal memory at 0x00000076825E16 The memory could not be written. Click OK to terminate the program". I am unable to open Firefox or Thunderbird because of this so will not be able to receive e-mails or browse. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail. Any ideas?
