have set up sync correctly, logs confirm sync is taking place, but nothing changes in my browsers. they are not updating to match eachother.

have set up on 3 computers: 2 macs and 1 pc. was working perfectly before updating to new firefox. have updated all 3 browsers and linked to new sync account. now... nothing. the logs confirm a sync has happened - but nothing actually syncs. very frustrating!

HI sminenow, Thank you for your question. I understand that a new sync account was set up and there are no signs of merging data on the three computers.

  • First try to disconnect the account and log in each computer a fresh.
  • Click Tools > Sync Now on each of the computers
  • Make sure that each device is signed up on the newer version of sync by visiting accounts.firefox.com

hi - sorry but this doesn't work. i set up the new sync properly on all 3 computers, and i also changed a setting in about: so i can view the sync log, which says each time that i've successfully synced my data. BUT - nothing seems to actually sync, in spite of the log record. if i add or remove a bookmark, it doesn't show up on the other computers. and my persona also doesn't sync, like it used to.

also - went to accounts.firefox.com and it only gave me 3 options: change password, delete account, sign out. nothing about seeing which devices are registered or anything?
