Hi banoops, You can go to about:permissions page and look for the xfinity url. Make sure cookies are enabled/allowed.

Also you can check to see if it is on the exceptions list on: Click the "3 bar" menu and click Options/Preferences and select Privacy. Under history you can change the drop down to customized settings. Make sure in the third party cookies you add the xfinity url.

After changing the preference please restart Firefox. I hope this helps.
