After updating to Firefox 27.0 I have been randomly after prolonged use of Firefox progressively increasingly lag and randomly appearing 'error:oE is null' message. Closing Firefox and reopening it is the only temporary relief that I can find from these two issues but it returns each and every time.

hello CatRidingFox, the "error:oE is null" message is probably due to the McAfee SiteAdvisor 3.6.5 extension that you have installed - try to keep it disabled until they offer a newer version that fixes this.

Hello philipp, thank you for your answer. I have two other computers and except for the upgrade to Firefox 27.0 for Firefox purposes are virtually identical which do not encounter these two problems. So is this an incompatibility issue with Firefox 27.0 and McAfee SiteAdvisor 3.6.5? Does this also explain the progressive lag issue?

Thanks, Philipp! I I had this same problem, right after the update to Firefox 27.0.1. It seems to have been fixed now that I disabled the McAfee SiteAdvisor 3.6.5 extension. :)
