Pages don't appear correctly

I've a problem with pages especially just google.co.uk that doesn't appear right, either it shows a piece of html where the search bar would be or the images move to places where they shoudln't be.. I've reset the changes AVG Internet Optimizer made and put it back to what the settings were originally, I've reset everything on firebook and tried reinstalling complete... it happens on a lot of websites.. not just google.co.uk.. only if I'm lucky the website renders completely and perfectly..

I'm not familiar with AVG Internet Optimizer. Is that a system-level utility or does it change Firefox settings?

To see whether your custom settings, or any of your add-ons, are at fault, a standard diagnostic step is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.

First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Backing up your information. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)

Next, restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the Safe Mode dialog, do not check any boxes, just click "Continue in Safe Mode."

If the problem sites load correctly, this points to an add-on or custom setting as the problem. Sometimes it's easier to solve than others.

If the site still do not load correctly, we would have to consider other factors.

Any luck?
