The "Sync Key" is the new name for what had been called the "Secret Phrase".

Firefox Sync mentions that this value is stored on other computers already using Firefox Sync in your saved passwords:

  • Tools > Options > Security > Saved Passwords...

The value you want is the "Password" for the following "Site":

  • chrome://weave (Mozilla Services Encryption Passphrase)
