What seems to be the problem, how can we help?

It said tracking my data an my data not under security and they know what I'm typing under keystring strokes that everyone can see my data etc, need help cause change my email cause someone hack my account but they keep finding me for some reason and changing my passwords

You may wish to see you can add second factor authentication ("2FA") to your email account. Your email service provider should be able to help you with this.

Sir what is a 2fa , my whole ph says its sharing my data and I don't know how turn it off cause I don't even share thing with my girlfriend are any people , I thank you for helping me tho , I'm just lost and don't know what I'm doing also says I broke some kind of apps policy when I don't know what they talking about or how fix problem cause I have let people use my ph in the past and things
