After several years using Firefox my log in to GMail ceased to work. The address shown (https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?pli=1) when I tried to log in produced no response whatsoever. Other websites loaded normally.

I tried Chrome instead and logged in successfully. I have restarted my computer but the problem remains.

I tried your suggestions Terry but nothing changed.

I then deleted the GMail cookies and my access to GMail has now been restored.

I do not have a screenshot error. My problem is being unable to log in to GMail.

When I click on the "GMail" link on the Google screen (or on the list of Google apps.) the website address then shown is https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?pli=1 (or https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/) but nothing new appears on the screen and I am unable to log in to any of the three GMail accounts that I use.

That could be a problem with the TLS 1.3 Early Data feature also known as Zero Round Trip Time Resumption (0rtt). Try changing this preference to false in about:config. You may have to restart afterwards. security.tls.enable_0rtt_data

There could also be a problem with "total cookie protection".
