Good Afternoon,

Yesterday I went to use my Arkscan Label printer as I always have for years and it distorts the image very largely as appose to fitting 4 x 6 as it always has. I re downloaded the driver, checked my setting from my label shipping site (etsy) and all is the same. My co-workers is still working, (she does not do automatic updates). After reaching out to technical support from Arkscan it is a widespread problem after your latest update to firefox. I was suggested to use a different browser such as Chrome or Edge. Will you be addressing this issue ASAP or should I use another browser from here on out?

No article, I reached out to tech support through Arkscan, they are getting multiple users with this issue since the last update. Meanwhile, I downloaded Chrome, problem resolved, prints correctly.
