Can't re-order Tabs again

Before, I used to be able to drag tabs around, and re-order them.

I noticed I'm not able to do that again.

How can Firefox remove such a useful feature? Are they alright?

Please, anyone know a workaround that I can use to achieve this action?

The feature is still present and I use it a lot. If the first article linked below doesn't help, try starting in troubleshoot mode.
