    Hey all,

    First let me tell you that we are aware of how much work it seems to be right now in SUMO. For those of you who got 300 email notifications, please accept our apologies. Next time we will try to manage this differently. I wanted to give you an idea of the work that is actually ahead of us and how to prioritize it, because there can be a lot of noise and little signal in those 300 notifications:

    • Many of the articles that were marked ready for L10n have just a template added to them (adds a short link for sharing). This means that if you update the template and manually copy paste it to each article the work is done. It's a lot of manual work, but don't get scared, many of the articles can be updated very easily. Please note that many of these articles have little traffic, so just do them as you can and don't worry about ones that you've never even translated.
    • Another important update were the article summaries and titles. Since these are very short texts we think it will be easy to update them. Please note that unfortunately we don't have a diff for the summaries. And the same goes for the summaries, the articles with few visits can be updated as you have the time.
    • The sharing template and article summaries and titles are not very important. They are the things you can do as time allows and, again, don't worry about these updates for articles that you haven't translated yet.

    Here's a list of articles to work on in priority order:
    Problems with Flash are, by far, the #1 issue we've been seeing for more than six weeks now. These Flash articles are all in the top 20 most viewed articles. If you haven't translated these or updated them, you should. This is more important than Firefox 15 updates. Please note that these articles could still change as the Flash situation changes.
