I cannot view or see Add-ons before i download them. They have no images for me to decide if i like them. I have to download each one individually to see them

When i go to the add-ons manager I cannot view an add-on before it is downloaded. I can see the blue hyperlinks and the names with descriptions but no images. Please help

Are you blocking images from addons.mozilla.org? Look in Options > Content at Exceptions opposite "load images automatically".

I read the instructions in the link you sent me and all of the buttons are either checked or unchecked accordingly. I will include an example of what i see when i visit the add-on screen. Also what happens when i actually clink on one of the links.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"

If you use extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flash Block that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Are you blocking stylesheets? The images you posted look like pages that have not been styled. When you open a page on that site, use the View menu and choose "Basic Page Style" rather than "No Style".
